We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the selection of a product. Salon hours are Tuesday through Friday 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM. On-line orders, however, are processed each day. SHIPPING -We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours from when the order is received (subject to availability). You can view the status of your order at anytime through our automated status report. All shipping costs, when applicable, are in addition to the cost of products. SHIPPING FEES -What are the shipping fees, and when will I get my order? Shipping is FREE for orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 will be charged a $4.95 for UPS Ground and $5.95 for USPS Priority. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Additional charges will apply for overnight and international delivery. GIFTS -Can I send an item as a gift? Yes. Our checkout feature allows for different billing and shipping addresses. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS -Can I order from outside the United States? Yes we can accept orders worldwide. The additional cost for shipping, which will not be illustrated on your order confirmation, will be in addition to the cost of products. TAXES -Will I be taxed on my order? Applicable state taxes apply for all Pennsylvania residents (6%) and will be added to your order. All orders outside of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. SECURITY AND PRIVACY -What security do you offer me for transmitting my information online? We have ensured that all of your private information will be secure with our secure Web server throughout the shopping checkout process. For additional security, your credit card information is not retained on our server past 30 days. Your personal information is never sold, rented, or otherwise distributed by Fonte's Salon. For additional information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. 1-800 ORDERING -Can I call in my order? Yes. Just call 1-800-451-1601. Be prepared to provide one of our salon attendants with the product numbers you are intersted in purchasing, your billing & shipping information and your credit card information. RETURN POLICY -We will issue a full refund for most items returned in new condition within 60 days of the shipment date. Please note that all returns to Fonte’s Salon must include either the original receipt or a Gift Receipt. Exhanges While we can replace damaged or defective merchandise, we can't exchange items. In order to get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. When we receive your return, we'll issue a refund. If the item was sent to you as a gift, we'll send you a gift card for the amount of the refund. We're unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order. Receipt Required for All Returns Please note that all returns to Fonte’s Salon must include either the original receipt or a Gift Receipt. If you do not have the original receipt, we may be able to locate the original receipt information if you purchased the item with a credit or debit card and if you present this card at time of return. Gift Givers are strongly encouraged to include a Gift Receipt whenever a gift is purchased. Gift Receipts do not display any price information and make it easy for gift recipients to return their items if necessary. To return an item purchased on Fontessalon.com Most items on Fontessalon.com can be returned to our Fonte’s Salon location or by mail. You will need the order number or a gift receipt/packing slip in order to return a purchase from Fontessalon.com. If you choose to return your item our store, shipping and handling and gift-wrap charges cannot be refunded. To return an item by mail: You can mail your return to us in just a few simple steps. 1. Call or email us that you wish to return an item or order. 2. Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. 3. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. 4. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up. If you can't print a shipping label, or if you need to return an item that weighs over 70 pounds, contact us at info@fontessalon.com. For your convenience, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. If the return is a result of our error, you won't be charged for return shipping. The following items cannot be returned: · Items that specifically state they “cannot be returned” on the product's description. · Items that have been replaced because they are defective, damaged or incorrect.
